Careers at George Moehrle Masonry

George began his masonry career in 1972, working his way from laborer to commercial foreman before earning his economics degree from Hood College in 1982. In 1985, he launched G. Moehrle Masonry famously “with a negative net worth and a big dream” and has since grown it into a leader in commercial masonry through strategic vision, hands-on expertise, and a commitment to excellence. As President, he oversees everything from estimating and project management to marketing and long-term planning. George lives in Frederick, MD, with his wife Dana and enjoys motorcycling and fishing with their children Joe, Kayleigh, and Mark.

Glenn brings over two decades of professional masonry construction experience to every project he oversees. With a career rooted in craftsmanship and built on a foundation of hard work, Glenn has developed a reputation for safety and quality while consistently turning over projects ahead of schedule. His journey began early—framing custom homes throughout middle and high school—where he gained firsthand insight into the physical demands of construction and the importance of planning and collaboration. When he’s not overseeing our project management department, Glenn enjoys travelling with his family and pushing his limits on the race track.

Michael is our General Superintendent with 37 years of service to the company which started right out of high school to work with his father.
When not at work, enjoys spending time at home with family and friends, hunting and gardening.

Johanna Saenz leads our Accounts Payable department with over 20 years of industry experience. She oversees the accurate and timely processing of vendor payments, ensuring compliance with internal financial controls and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Johanna’s attention to detail and commitment to efficiency play a key role in supporting our overall financial operations. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting and gardening as creative outlets.

With 31+ years in commercial masonry cost accounting, Lisa serves as the Vice President of Accounting.  She manages the financial and back-office operations and oversees employee benefit plans as a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP).  Outside of the office, you’ll find Lisa in her flower garden with just about any genre of music playing in the background – her favorite way to recharge.

With over 12 years in the masonry trade, Aaron delivers precise, reliable project estimates. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, shooting hoops, and tackling jigsaw puzzles.

Experienced Human Resources and Payroll Manager with over 13 years of leadership in workforce management, compliance, and payroll administration. He oversees all aspects of employee relations, payroll operations, and benefits administration while ensuring full adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and data security requirements.
Oscar is dedicated to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive employee and financial information in alignment with CMMC guidelines and industry best practices. His focus on process improvement, accuracy, and secure data handling supports both organizational growth and regulatory compliance.
